We're very transparent - we won't recommend any given service unless we're confident it will add value to your business. This means that the 45-minute conversation may lead to a few free reccomendations and that it! There's no value to either us or you in quoting for work for the sake of it.
Can I combine multiple services?
Yep, Absolutely. Most clients start with a MarTech Audit, then HubSpot implementation, and transition to ongoing management. We offer bundle pricing. However, our approach is to take a look at what you actually need based on your needs - we've found that many clients try to 'boil the ocean' rather than taking it step-by-step with a strategy for long-term growth. Of course this would be great for us for you to want all our services at once -it's cash in the bank, but it can also mean dissapointment with unrealistic expectations.. We wont bullshit you; we'll recommend a pathway tailored to what you need for sustainable growth and ROI, which may scale up or down in terms of cost.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. Project-based services are one-time engagements. Ongoing management is month-to-month with 30-day notice—no lock-in. Our goal is to get you to a point where you need us less, not more, and be able to call on us here and there to check in to make sure your HubSpot instance is delivering true value.
I already have HubSpot - can you help with workflows and email nurture flows?
Yep - we have extensive experience in Marketing Hub and maximising value from this element of HubSpot
What about Sales Hub & Sequences?
Yep, we can help with that too. Sequences are one of the most valuable parts of Sales Hub and get that working smoothly with Marketing Hub via automation flows and reduce the friction between Sales & Marketing Team (come on now, you know deep down there's always that little bit of friction between Sales and Maketing...how many organisations dont have that 'S&M' problem? ;-)
My HubSpot instance is a mess... help!
We can help with this in terms of addressing Data Quality issues, misconfigured or failing workflows and underforming lead management flows, BUT, you won't find us criticising the work of others with 'X did this wrong' or 'Y Agency implemented this in a very bad way, but don't worry, we can fix it'.
Our experience in this area is quite often (very very often infact), things like workflows, and email nurture paths and scoring methodology have been set up with the best of intentions, and were 'of there time', so you wont find us making excuses - we'll just get on with either correcting the issue or identify improvements that can be made for your needs 'Today'.
Unless of course, it really is a mess... we'll definately tell you if that is the case :-)
